My name is Diana Wiley
I am the Special Education processing coordinator for the Junction Hill School District. I have been working as a Special Education teacher since 2005. I have been at Junction hill since 2007. I am currently teaching Junction Hill Resource grades 5th-8th. I have previously worked at the State School for the Severely Handicapped and Glenwood K-8 School, before coming to work at Junction Hill. I am also the Student Council Sponsor for junction Hill.
I have a Bachelors in Education from SMSU West Plains, with an emphasis on Social Studies and Communication Arts for Middle School. I am Certified to teach Special Education cross-categorical K-12. I have recently finished my Masters degree in leadership from ASU, Jonesboro. I am hoping to attain a Special Education Directors position in the future with my degree.
I am our districts Autism consultant. I have taken many courses on Autism and have been to numerous training's for Autism. I have a passion for Autism and love learning more about it. I know working with Autistic Student's is a challenge, but I do love working with these students!!
I graduated from Koshkonong High School in 1979, go Bluejays! I moved around a lot as a child. I was born in Ohio, my parents then moved us to Florida after my grandmother died of cancer. We lived in Florida for six years then moved to Missouri for two years. It was a drastic change in climate and community. We then jumped back and fourth from Florida to Missouri a couple of times before I finally graduated from Koshkonong in 1979.
I have three children: A son, Michael, daughter Robien, and my youngest son Austin. I also have a step-daughter, Erica. I have been married to my husband Paul since January 2004. He has truly been a blessing to me and my children. I currently have 7 grandchildren.
I love spending time with my children and grandchildren. I enjoy working outside in my vegetable and flower gardens.

Here in Mrs. Wiley's resource room we learn lots of useful knowledge.
We learn to read, write, add, subtract, measure and lots of other things we will use in the future. We also learn rules and manners and how to behave properly at school. If you have any questions or comments you can contact me at: 417-256-4265 ext. 111 |
